Default Moringa Oleifera

I encountered in my search for a supplement that is a good antioxidant and at the same time can strengthen the immune system -- I bumped into Moringa Oleifera. When I was growing up in my country, the leaves of this tree was part of our staple but I never realized back then the nutritional benefits. It is, as usual, common that when you have abundance of something, you tend to take it for granted as being part of nature. We sometimes even used it to scrub the floor of the garage and plant it as part of the fence in the province on empty lots. My mother would prepare soup with Moringa for my sisters (and sister-in-laws) after giving birth to improve lactation and it really did wonders! Some of the posters who may be from Asia could relate to what I am saying...:-).

Anyway, I just want to ask if anybody has tried it, not necessarily for pn but for general well being? I want to try it, just don't know which brand to buy as there are many in the market.

Thanks.
