I am trying Nerve Support Formula purchased on Amazon. Results are rather modest thus far. They recommend 2 pills twice a day with meals and if no results go with 2 pills 3 times a day. When you do start feeling improvement you can lessen dosage but say you may need to use 2-3 bottles before you may notice improvement.
They have sent me 2 letters thus far with directions on usage and also asking for feedback or any questions I may have. Seems a legit company and say their product is safe because they basically B vitamins.
I have been on this product only for a short period of time but feel it is helping me ever so slightly.
This product is not the Neuropathy Support formula which is the original thread topic. I have discovered this most recently and decided to try it, 120 capsules for $40 by RHP short realhealthproducts.com.

The bottom line is to take on an empty stomach, if you want benefits from the B12.
