Default Neuropathy Support Formula

Has anyone heard of this? B1 and B12 and Lipoic Acid and herbal extracts in pill form. 2 pills a day, dosage, 63 dollars a mo. Plus shipping. 3 mo. supply special I think is 129. All the testimonials I read in the Ads look very promising. I hope there will be someone who can give some feedback. I saw some creams advertised at another site and*edit* has a sleeve that reportedly works to heal pain from knee replacements, hip replacements, arthritis , etc. I am about to try anything except surgery.
