Lightbulb

There is one paper on animals and
The older form that has suggested ALA interference
Of T4 conversion. But that was many years ago.

No others I am aware of. No further
Details either.

You can search PubMed yourself -- use
Thiotic acid as many papers call ALA by
this older name.

This has never been looked into with
The newer R-lipoic either. It has been
Suggested that the inactive S- form in
ALA may be the culprit.

Many lay Internet sites mention this without
Further explanation.
