Default Nerve stimulation or laser treatments

I have diabetic neuropathy. What is the effectiveness of the Isis Neuropathy Treatment that uses a tens-like nerve stimulation machine along with marcaine injected into the feet/ankles?
I've also heard of a type of laser treatment for neuropathy -- any opinion on the effectiveness of either of these types of treatment? Are they worth trying? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

This thread discusses this:

further down the thread is the electrical treatment Stillfighting tried with little if any success.

If you search the word "laser" on the first page upper right of the PN forum you'll find many posts.

In general I cannot recall any sterling posts on success with these.

Cold laser is used in some chiro treatments, however.

PN seems to always have many so called "cures" and treatments, yet few that are advertised work very well, and usually cost alot of money.
