Default Peripheral Neuropathy Reconstruction

Has anyone heard of this procedure? I caught the end of it on a television commercial. It's supposed to be slightly different from decompression of the nerves.

Default I have not heard of this--

--beyond those places that do decompression surgery (such as the Dellon Institutes); sometimes the term "reconstruction" is used because the procedure may involve plastic surgery techniques.
