I am male and have mild numbness in feet and also sexual dysfunction. One thing I'm trying is to stimulate sense of touch by using a feather on the skin.

Personally I don't think the feather is going to help, but I don't know. I think massage of the area would be more useful, to get help with blood and lymphatic fluid circulation. Ron |

I liked your suggestions! I use a ketogenic diet which is 70% fat animal fat from grass fed beef, fish, and fish oil with broccoli, kale and so on. Where did you find the information regarding whole plant foods and no saturated fat for PN? Thanks in advance! Dious |
