I'm going to try some supplements. I have never tried them before. My question is do I take them all everyday for a synergistic effect . . . or do I try one for a month . . . see if it 'helps' . . . and then try a new and different one for a month . . . and so on and so forth. You know what I mean? Here is what I bought online tonight:
Doctor's Best Best D-Ribose Featuring Bioenergy Ribose, 250-Gram Jarrow Formulas Acetyl L-Carnitine 500mg, 120 Count NOW Foods Vitamin D3 5000 Iu, 240 Softgels, Doctor's Best Benfotiamine 300 Mg Vegetarian Capsules, 60 Count My problems are in my feet. Clumsy and dull aches. Pins/needles/numbness. But I think my biggest concern is simply fatigue . . . which makes all of the above that much harder for me to deal with.
