Aloha... another amazing relief cream I used for the first time today... I injured my foot working in the yard. Soak in ice water, rest, elevate and time...did have that deep itch that comes from nowhere Grabbed the Anti Itch Cream I had and was surprised how comforting it was generally speaking.... It was the kind that had the Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride in it... Lots of options out there even ones with Menthol in it... It had a very calming effect... Cheap too

Aloha.... what I am doing now to protect my feet/ankles is... I came across that KT Tape and run one up the side of my ankle and where I want support. At work I am really one the go so this really gives support. Nice stretch and it stay put... I wear the beige so not to draw attention. When I wore blue seemed like everyone said... Did you hurt your foot?

I have found that using Orajel or it's generic version h (which I can get at the dollar store) works well for me.

Lately I’ve been using hydrocortisone 1% cream. It can be purchased inexpensively at stores like Walmart, and for me it works quite well for mosquito and other insect bites.
