Don't know which of every i take might be causing the itching. i started everything at the same time, so .... if it doesn't subside in a week or two, i'll probably start trying to narrow down the alleged culprit.
In general, do you think it's not a wise idea to use the mag lotion and take slow mag at the same time? I have no special absorption issues that i know of. i just kind of thought they were two separate things. doh! |

I don't take oral mag when I use the lotion. The lotion works so much better for me.
But there are limits to topical absorption anyway... Magnesium dosing is only really problematic in those who have poor kidney functions. The very very old and infants (who have a small body size and all dosing has to be tiny for them).
