Default Ketamine and Gabapanten

My doctor prescribed a cream containing ketamine, gabapentin, baclofen, cyclo hcl/diclofenac sodium/tetracaine from Browns Compounding Center, Inc. It worked well for a long time, but then other pain isssues rendered this combination ineffective. Hope this info helps. Btw, I didn't read the entirety of the thread here.
