I don't know if this herb is effectively reducing my symptoms or whether it's a result of the irrisistable urge to keep moving that's giving me much needed exercise and providing a knock on effect in the pain department as well as building up muscles in the legs to help support pressure on my knees.

In any case I use it to love hiking and will be back at it
again because I can ☺

In the mean time will drop the dosage.
