I quite often experience painful and tingling hands and fingers. Does anyone have experience with these laser home devices of which there seems to be veritable plethora of them on the net? Do they work?

Hi ruko
Welcome to NeuroTalk . As far as I can see from a PubMed search there is some evidence that laser treatment may be effective for people with diabetic PN but there is no reported evidence that it is effective for management of PN which arises for other reasons. Best wishes.
