Default Question for Mrs. D regarding R-Lipoic Acid

Hello Mrs D, and I hope that you have been well!

Could you please remind me again about dosing using R-Lipoic Acid as opposed to the older Alpha Lipoic Acid (ratio of one to another).

Also, is there any risk in taking 400mg of R-Lipoic Acid daily to possibly help early Glaucoma (loss of Ganglion Cells in retina).

I would take it as two divided doses of 200mg daily each on an empty stomach.

Many thanks!

David
