Question Supplements for CIPN

Hello.

I'm visiting this site since I was dx with idiopathic axonal PN alsost two years ago. I've learned lots of things thanks to many kind members.

Now PN hits again to another member of my family.
My father is getting PN due to chemotherapy for lung cancer. And he only got two chemo cycles. Still 8 cycles to go ...

As I've done many times I've used the search tool in this subforum but the only supplement I've been able to find, as suggested for CIPN is ALCAR (and I don't know the dose)

Is there any other suggested supplement for CIPN?

Thanks a lot in advance.

Regards.
