Default Can non medical personnel really erase medical documentation?

OK....I kinda, shorta thought I had medical trauma PTSD but was/am in denial because of other more dominate medical problems/conditions/issues.

Come to find out I was diagnosed with PTSD yearsago.

A non medical rep., looked into my file and said hey...your history doesn't show any treatment....so I am going to take PTSD diagnoses out of your file...

Wait what? No question on how are you dealing with....no don't go see a medical professional, not even to see if the diagnoses was correct...just oh, I am going to erase it from your medical history.....
