a) abusive relationship

b) chronic illness

Hi adelina,

The diagnostic criteria can help you determine if you have PTSD. I am not qualified to say if what you posted is PTSD as not everyone who experiences trauma/stress will develop PTSD.

The diagnostic criteria for PTSD will help you determine if you have PTSD.
PTSD and DSM-5 - PTSD: National Center for PTSD
Even though the link is from the VA the criteria is the same for everyone.

It is best to seek the help of a Mental Health Professional (Psychiatrist and/or Psychotherapist) for an evaluation.

Yes....My experience with PTSD is it can be caused by anything that is traumatic weather it be an events or relationship. I was diagnosed with PTSD that stemmed from a very abusive relationship with my first husband.
