Default Trigger points, self or parental generally.

Need to discover these. Vaguely aware. Dad was narcissistic & PTSD, being a prisoner in a Japanese POW camp in WW2.
Mum was the standard battered, multi raped wife. Shot gun marriage, resulting in my birth 6 months later. Then 4 other babies, as rape victims.
Now 70 plus years old. Married finally, in desperation, aged 45. OK for last 26 plus years. Still have trigger points. Scared of security. Scared of trauma to my head, since I had severe Traumatic Brain Injury, 1985, aged 35, car accident.
Any others interested in this topic?

Hi greg.zeng and welcome to NeuroTalk.

May I suggest seeking out the help of a Mental Health Professional? Both a Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist are quite helpful when dealing with trauma and the effects this can cause.

Mental Health is just as important as Physical Health. Please take care of yourself.
