Default how can I tell if my daughter has PTSD

My 18 year old has had 3 back surgeries in 10 months. I am concerned that she has PTSD from the trauma of being misdiagnosed, suffering for months--unable to function. How do I figure out if she has PTSD? She certainly is depressed from this.
