I just went to the library yesterday and found a great resource that I had to share. It is "The Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Sourcebook" by Glenn R. Schiraldi, PhD. There is a lot of good information written in an easy to read style. He begins with PTSD basics, moves through managing symptoms and on to beyond treatment. I highly reccommend it for those trying to understand their own, or someone else's symptoms.

I agree with you - I have read it cover to cover and keep it close so I can refer to it for techniques to use - P7
