there is usually a few people in chat on psychcentral - and have a look at the ptsd page there when this one is slow - I hope your T is helping you thorugh this and im sorry to hear about your brother and all that you have had to put up with - I hope that life inproves for you really soon - take care

thanks, i'm on that site actually
I don't really talk to my t, or anyone really, it's to hard
it feels like life has taken away everything that was/is important to me
I'm not sure if i can do this
dw wont do anything stupid.. just dont like life though

Colours, I too am sorry for how you've been treated and for the loss of your brother. There are several members here who have gone through similar past stories. Maybe not as hard, some far worse. Just know we're here OK?

Colours,

Talk to your therapist, that's what he/she is there for - to help you.

Talk and open up to heal yourself, to be the person you were meant to be - strong, caring, understanding, loving and so much more.

If you find it difficult then do it in the memory of your brother. He would want you to get well, to become the person you are meant to be. Your brother is looking down on you wanting you to continue to fight for yourself...and him. He loves you and is with you even if you can't see him.

C'mon Colours, you can do this. I believe in you and your ability to show everyone the inner strength you have inspite of everything. You are important

By posting your story here you did a step in the right direction and actually one of the best methods in coping with PTSD is talking to people and telling your start
