Hi Wittiesea & Waves, how are you both? I feel really bad and depressed these days. It's the BP getting to me I think. That and the female monthly thing. Things are better here but I just feel like I'm going no where you know?

I don't know if you'd seen the thread I posted the night before the board went down but my son is doing a lot better and not being as aggressive anymore. So that's good.

But anyway, it's so great we have a temporary BP forum here. ZombieSlayer set up a BP room in the flashchat for us so if anyone wants to join me there sometime I'll probably be on. :)

http://www.thunder65.com/bt_temp_cha.../flashchat.php is the URL. :)

That's awesome Bizi! I think that is the problem I'm having, we stopped using the Total Gym we got and I think that is why I am feeling so low. Because we need to be working out again. I am glad you posted! :D It's great to see you and the others. I have missed everyone so much. :)

exercise

Hi Pamster and Bizi,

thats great that you guys are getting into exercise. it does affect my mood - takes a couple weeks tho. Pamster I hope that makes you feel better or in any case you feel better soon. the p time is always a trip for me if i'm in an episode:
mood + p => random mood

my foot is in a "phys rehab" period, so i am not able to run yet. walk more and more - and more normally, stairs up and down, equilibrium exercises, passive stretching, massage. i can use my foot ok, tho! :) now i can even carry weights and not end up with a red golfball in my forefoot.

depression also mostly better. the foot things hadn't helped with that. i have so many stressors right now its hard, to tell where i am bipolarly speaking.

dear waves,
so good to hear from you!
I hope your foot is back to it's old self sooner than later.
Here is to exercising helping our moods!
Starting the low carb dieting as well...since I am going to the gym I might as well lose some weight if I can!
take care

bizi's diet thread?

oh bizi you should start your old diet thread - what was it, ~bizi's low carb, high fiber... etc. you know the one?

remember to retain fats, especially the "good" ones in your diet. you probably know that. and livin' in the South I don't guess i need caution you about drinkin' enough water! ;)

mother smother.... sorry. :o

anyway it would be good to start that thread. i have more energy now, and i could add some recipes. :)

bizi 08-25-2006 11:52 AM

OK then!!!

thank you waves and yes lets start a new diet thread!
great idea!
hugs
