My heart is breaking
Thank you Bobby and Jo.
At the moment I am very sad. I called Bobby up not long ago and told him I'd been doing some thinking and that I think it would be best if we cooled things off for awhile. He said okay. I told him I'd try to get another ride for my stress test on Tuesday and he asked me if I was sure and I said yes. I told him to take it easy and hung up. Gosh darn it hurts so bad but the relationship was not going where I wanted it to so I had to do it. |
Hi Barbara
I'm so sorry to hear about your heart condition. i read that it is manageable however. I'm sorry about Bobby too. I hope you can find someone supportive to give you that ride. take care. ~ waves ~ |
Thank you Waves.
The doctor told me yesterday that they are not sure I have congestive heart failure yet. He said that was just want they suspect and had to put that down for the insurance to pay. I've slept all day today as I just want to forget Bobby. barbara |

I don't know a lot about congestive heart failure for itself. But I've had a heart murmur all my life. And its been something that has been watched. And in the last couple of years I've noticed they are having more and more trouble hearing my heart. But its just part of me I hope at least. I have a sister that has what is called micro ? valve prolapse and its something very similar to my heart murmur. But she is one that handles it lots different than I would or do. So I would say one thing to this. I've learned in all my years of having my heart watched, and my eye and a few other parts of my body. That if you can just help them watch and not try to worry its much better. I had the luck of starting as a kid that didn't know any better. I honestly thought the worst thing that could happen to me was to get stuck in my hand or foot to get blood drawn. Donna |
Thank you Donna. I feel so much better about things now. I called Bobby this morning and we are going to be friends. He's going to take me for my stress test on Tuesday. He is supportive in this. He gave me a gigantic bottle of Bayer aspirin for my heart. He is so considerate. I just feel funny about my relationship with him. I've thought about it though and I don't know what I'd do without his friendship.

Honestly I think his friendship is one of the things you need right now.
It shows how you can have just a friend and someone just to be there for you. So I'm glad you talked this out with him. Good for you Barbara. Donna |
Thank you Donna. I agree with you. I do need Bobby's friendship.

how are you doing Barbara?
Hi Barbara,
how are you doing? how did the test go (or is it next week)? ~ waves ~ |
Barb
I'm hoping things are okay. I was thinking the test was Tuesday of this week too. Donna |
Thank you Donna and Waves.
I did have the test this past Tuesday. Bobby stayed in the waiting room for me for almost 4 hours. He didn't complain but was so patient and sweet. I know he must have feelings for me as I don't know anyone whom I've even known for years to do for me what he did for. I realize that Bobby and I may never be anything more than what we are now but his actions of being a true friend has surpassed all else. I do not know the results yet. I assume though that if they were serious my doctor's office would have called me by now. I'm thinking it must be anxiety causing me to feel like I do. |
WAiting is hard..... try to be nice to yourself.
I am glad that bobby was able to wait for you, he sounds like a good friend. bizi |
Dear Barbara,
That's good that you got the test done. I hope that you get good results soon. M. |
Thank you Beth and Mari.
I bet I know something sometime today as I left word yesterday for the doc to call me. barbara |
My heart is okay except for a heart mumer which is not posing a problem. The doctor thinks it is anxiety causing my symptoms. Ever since my old next door neighbor has caused me problems I have had a lot of problems with anxiety. I go back to court with her in January and need to get me lawyer soon. I can not wait to see Bobby again or at least talk to him. He's been at the auto race and will be there again today.

Dear Barbara,
Thanks for posting as to the results. Good to know that the heart murmur does not pose problems, and that there is no serious heart disease after all, such as had been suspected before. I'm glad the main problem has turned out to be anxiety after all, even if it is uncomfortable. I can appreciate how the issues with your former neighbor would drive up your anxiety. Still I am glad that you have had the heart tests, so you know for sure what is up with that. And what a good friend Bobby is, too. I am glad you have him there with you. ~ waves ~ |
Thank you Waves. I saw Bobby today and gave him a Jeff Burton hat. Jeff Burton is his favorite race car driver. Bobby said, "Alright! Where did you get that?" It made me feel so good to hear his reaction. Bobby gave me two music CDs to listen to. Well, lent them to me. I still take a Bayer a day that he gave to me a couple of weeks ago. I like this giving of things he has started. He doesn't expect anything out of me but I wanted to give him the hat for being with me those 4 hours of my testing at the hospital.
Anyone watching the Nascar race tonight? |
Barbara
As I posted in the other thread I think you should look into a disability lawyer. I believe you might have a very good case. And I also think if everything is looked at you might have more to go with it. Donna |
