Janie, I'm kicking myself! I had every intention of using the PostIt notes, but then DH mentioned my upcoming b-day at Red Lobster last week, so I thought I didn't need to. Pffft! Whatever.

Well, DH's workday is half over and so far I haven't received an email or phone call, and he didn't bother to leave a card on the counter. Now I get to the play the waiting game. :mad:

BTW, when you turn 55 Denny's considers you a "Senior" and has a special discount menu. But at Red Lobster you don't get the special treatment until you're 60!

*sigh

I'm so confewzed. I mean, I like the discount dinners, but when is a person OFFICIALLY a Senior Citizen? :confused: (Not that I'm in a hurry or anything, lol!)

Hope your DH remembers your birthday. That will make it even more special for you!

I was so busy at work one time on my husbands birthday that I forgot it. He was still reminding me about that 20 years later. Men really do have memories like elephants.

I think I answered my own question about being a Sr. Citizen.

I just moved a radio/CD player from my bedroom to the home office. Couldn't get that darned radio to work -- not even on ONE station! Messed with the antenna and dials.

Finally thought to plug it in. :o

DH's finger has healed up!

I know this b/c he would have had to use that finger to dial the phone to order this bouquet of flowers. They are beautiful! :)
