I'm hanging in there. I had a hard day here today. They hit one of my triggers,and I thought that I was going to have a panic attack. BF:hug::hug::hug:

You have AMAZING strength!! I don't know that I could have made the decision to go to the hospital. WOW.

I'm sorry that they hit on a trigger but so GLAD that you are in a safe place and are getting help. Remember one step at a time...take the time you need to feel better.

Thank you all. It is difficult to face these mental health issues continually. I'm here for a few more days.

I'm a little concerned about going home. There will be bills,and I'll be alone again. I feel fear,and It might take months for it to subside.

My family have changed their minds about charging me rent.

Your family changing their minds about the rent is real progress...I hope for your sake it doesn't become an issue again.

Does the hospital have an outpatient program that you can take advantage of...to ease your way back home?

BF, glad your family changed their minds but keep an eye open and get out of there as soon as you can. We care about you and how things are going down. It doesn't surprise me they changed their minds after you go into the hospital. You know what I mean? Try to keep yourself on those waiting lists for a new place that bases rent on your income. I believe you'll find peace once you are away from the toxic stuff. :hug:

Hey BF? Did your BIL return that HUGE chunk of change he demanded so you have some savings to deal with your bills? I really hope it means that they are going to treat you a little better, you don't deserve all this hoopla and drama going on in your life right now. I wish you the best BF. I'm glad your family came around about the rent.

I don't know whether you still intend to move or not... another thing to consider. but this at least gives you some time to breathe. whew.

but please, have the rent-free agreement with your family formalized. have the social workers help you.

this must be such a relief. i know it was a relief for me to read.

this place sounds like they've got a good program ... i am glad you are being cared for so well there.
