Please Call Nami

Steve, please get in touch with NAMI. Give yourself a definit time to do it by.
Do it the minute you think about it. It is too easy to procrastinate and lose initiative.
Think, " NAMI will help me with sorting out my support system, help resolve my home situation, advise on whatever is bothering me."
Then - MAKE THAT CALL.

If you unable to locate a local office of NAMI you can ALWAYS call the National Hotline: 1-800-950-NAMI.

Steve

I haven't directly. But I know many friends who have benefitted from
the group.

My sister and her husband being two of them.

Hi, Steve,
I have not used them.
I reached out to another peer group at one time and got help -- but I did not know about NAMI until rather recently.

Hi Mari

I'm doing a little better today. I got the Laundry done, and the dusting, and vacuum cleaning. They are small things, but I feel better when they are done. Thanks. BF:hug::hug::hug:

I'm glad to hear you're feeling a bit better. It does feel nicer when our environment is clean, doesn't it? :) Good job!

Thanks Waves

I have to watch out for getting to thorough when cleaning, for that jump starts my OCD. It does feel good getting these things done though. Thanks. BF:hug::hug::hug:
