My computer died. Ds looked it over - HD went wonky, so dh ordered a new one, ds installed it. Still not all together, but it runs.

I have to get my stuff out of storage so I can install the programs. But thank goodness, I had the thing backed up this time, lol! Now, hopefully, I can figure out how the back up thingy works and restore everything.

It's been a long couple weeks though, snowed in and not even able to get online.

I did think back to the blizzard of '78. We made it through that. But then what was funny (not funny ha ha, you know) all my brothers, with wives, kids, a few friends, had come up. Yow, did we have a full house.

SIL taught mom to bake bread and make jelly, and all the guys sat around making music. We must've had half a dozen guitars in the house at the time, an old piano they'd bought for $25, a banjo, even my violin.

Part of what sold me on this house 20 yrs ago, it came with an old piano.
