The surgery went well but it's too soon to tell if my vision will be improved much over than before. The gas bubble is still in my eye and vision in that eye is almost nil at this point. It was hard at 1st and then I started to have better days.

I'm having problems that I don't like with my new boyfriend. I told him by voice mail tonight how I wanted things to be and that I think it's best if him and I start to see other people. At 1st I was so very sad but am getting better. I have another guy who is crazy about me but he's not my type. I may go out with him though as a friend.

The other guy that is crazy about me came over last night. I'm not going to ever get into him though. I think that I'll just hang out with friends and forget about guys for now.

My eye is looking better but I of course still cannot see very well with it. My CNA should be here any time now.

Thank you Beth. Cocky is a nice guy. I guess he's the best I've had in a long time. He called me twice today. I'm going to work on things with him. I guess that with me being so out of from my eye surgery I have not been my normal self. Cocky is the 1st real good thing I've had since being single again.

Now that I can look up it is bothering my neck. I kink of got use to looking down I guess.

Barbara whenever we have health troubles it tends to throw us into a spin. Having vision problems and the eye surgery you just did would throw me into a big spin, for sure. ;):hug:

Yes, this surgery has really thrown me a lot. At 1st I was cranky with my friend who takes care of me during the day. We had to get use to one another. I think that Cocky understands why I've been acting the way I have. He comforts me by putting his arm around me. My ex would not even get out of bed or tell me he was sorry when I got that call back in 2005 that my mom had passed.

I enjoyed the CNA I had this weekend. We did a lot of talking. I will only have help from the agency for 3 more days but then I am doing well with things for now. I just still cannot bend over or lift anything. Of course I can't drive. It would be hard to cook so when I'm alone I eat left overs or put a T.V. dinner in the micro wave oven.
