If Life Were Like A Computer:

Just for fun . . . What would you add to these.

If Life Were Like A Computer:

You could add/remove someone in your life using the control panel.

You could put your kids in the recycle bin and restore them when you feel like it!

You could improve your appearance by adjusting the display settings.

You could turn off the speakers when life gets too noisy.

You could click on “find” (Ctrl, F) to recover your lost remote control and car keys.

To get your daily exercise, just click on "run"!

If you mess up your life, you could always press "Ctrl, Alt, Delete" and start all over!

I want all of these plus - Auto correct to immediately correct my mistakes, cut and paste to make traveling so much easier, and an "ESC" button so that I can quickly go to my nice quite place to relax. On the keyboard, I would change the "num lock" button to "num unlock" button so the numbness would just go away.

Again, what would you add/take away/change?

:Thats-Funneh: Love it..:yahoo: :highfive: :trampoline: :ROTFLMAO: :Head-Spin:

Kitty 06-24-2010 10:44 AM

F5 - REFRESH!!

I'd also increase my memory........

legzzalot 06-24-2010 10:46 AM

CTRL+ALT+DELETE and you can start all over.

Format and reprogram your hard drive any time you want.

When a part breaks you can yank it out and put a new one in.

Oh, and don't forget.... you could upgrade your memory!

tkrik 06-24-2010 10:48 AM

Good ones, Kelly! I'd increase my ghz as well - I need all the processing speed I can get.;)

Kitty 06-24-2010 10:49 AM

I need a pop-up blocker so that random thoughts don't get me off track when I'm trying to accomplish something!

Virus protection would be good, too. We all know how a simple cold or illness affects those of us with MS!

SallyC 06-24-2010 10:53 AM

I'd like to see some of the messages we get changed too...like...

I hate it when files go missing. :hissyfit::hissyfit:

System Restore is so vital. I would "System Restore" all the way back to my pre-MS date.;)

kicker 06-24-2010 12:31 PM

When I delete,
I would be complete.

lefthanded 06-24-2010 01:45 PM

I want perfect virus immunity without it attacking all my circuits.

I would like to be able to reboot-reinstall.

It would also be nice to be able to sleep as soundly as does my Mac. :)

doydie 06-24-2010 10:46 PM

I want the 'home' and 'end' buttons so i can quickly go up and down.

I want my spell check so everyone knows what I'm trying to say.

TwoKidsTwoCats 06-25-2010 09:38 AM

:D just like my computer, I need a UPS! The power in my area can get glitchy at times. So I too need uninterrupted power!

legzzalot 06-25-2010 11:00 AM

Glad my computer isn't having power surges like me today.

Wishing I could defrag myself this morning and system restore a few years and then upgrade my high speed.

SallyC 06-25-2010 12:22 PM

That and a full virus scan would do it for me, Leggz.

tkrik 06-28-2010 10:29 AM

I would like to get up and running in the morning quickly. My computer is up and running long before I am.

On a Mac, it would be great to push the Apple button and an apple would just appear. This would be perfect on days my body doesn't cooperate. :p

Kitty 06-28-2010 10:51 AM

I want to use the ESCAPE button whenever I need it. Especially when I've fried my hard-drive and rebooting doesn't seem to work.

SallyC 06-28-2010 02:06 PM

Where do files go to be lost? I want a lost and found button!

tkrik 06-28-2010 05:58 PM

Sally - I want a battery booster so I can have full energy and power to find the lost files.;):p

Dejibo 06-29-2010 07:06 AM

I want Photoshop to be able to erase some fine lines, and change my hair color without damage to it. Air brush my complexion, and add or remove folks from the picture at will.

PolarExpress 06-29-2010 02:16 PM

I think I just need a new mother board...

LOL Polar! :p

Just think how cheap and simple some of the repairs would be. I bought a new 320 gb hard drive for DDs Mac Book. It cost around $70 and was a snap to put in - took all of 10 minutes and that includes installing the software.

$70, eh? That's for me! I spend that much every month in vitamins, coffee, etc just to stay awake.

SandyC 06-30-2010 06:26 PM

If I were a computer...

I'd like the "restore to factory default" option and photo memory.

Becky21 07-01-2010 03:30 AM

I'd like to remove some (a lot) weight from my body the easy way. Trying to stop smoking and lose weight after the year I have had is not going well at all.

What a great idea! You can "clean out" all that unnecessary garbage (recycle bin, temp files, cache, etc.) and lose a few pounds. I like that idea.:p

Becky21 07-01-2010 09:09 PM

tkrik,

Maybe we could figure out how to do that and become millionaires!!!:) I'm sick to death of seeing infomercials of exercising machines. The make me hurt watching them from my recliner or my bed. I want the easy way and haven't found it yet.

PolarExpress 07-01-2010 11:16 PM
