Hi Jen, this is a great idea. I really missed the boards, so good to see them back. I'm mostly occupied with school. Since I've lost driving and thus my business, I've begun studies in the ministry for pastoral licensing and ordination. How are you doing? I'd like to add you have been an inspiration.
God Bless....In HIS Service....Dan

Hey, Jen. :)

You'd be shocked, actually. :o I started out a tiny bit too large for a closed MRI  :o, and with this group, that probably demands little explanation. I figger I got about 60-70ish to go. :)

LIZARD, continuin' to shrink! :D

Busy day today and this week is shaping up to be busy too.

Today we went to church; first for Sunday School and then the service. I was so proud of my 12 year old. This was his first time to be first cross at church. He had a big role in the whole service. Though he had done it at our small church in Houston, this is a huge church. We went out to lunch afterwards and had yummy Mexican food. Michael got a nosebleed right in the middle of lunch. Tonight we go back for Evensong...have not done that since I was in high school. As acolyte mom, I'm washing their gloves right now.

Monday Michael has gymnastics. Tuesday I have a meeting with a developer who wants to put in a senior housing complex and after that PTA Exec meeting and then general meeting afterwards. Wednesday it's back to church for EYC for the boys and I'm taking Alpha class. I think I have Thursday and Friday off and then Saturday starts all over.

Ol' fart...he said he had to gain 4 lbs in 2 weeks for me to do that! :D Now I'm gonna KICK HIS ****!! :D

OK, you said we could talk about anything, how about tuna? There is a little cat hanging oround the neighborhood. Skinny Cat. So I decided to help the little fella out. I opened a can of tuna fish. Was walking to the door. OK you guessed it. Yup you're right. It flew all over. Got 2 dining room chairs, book case, rug, & all over the kitchen.

Needless to say I am not a happy camper right now. Hubby was not too happy. Although he did take what was left in the can set it on the deck. I cleaned up as best I could. This place stinks and I have not seen the skinny cat come back. He better!

How am I going to get rid of the smell. I'm afraid it will smell like a fishing boat and I will have every cat in the neighborhood here

Rocking4Epilepsy 10-07-2006 09:41 PM

Lizard, I am amazed you are still doing well and staying strong...
I could never even "think" of that.
I like my chocolate...:D

awwww Kit, sounds like a bad afternoon...
I would think open windows and fabreeze would help with the smell.

I wonder if the poor kittie is afraid to show his skinny body around again.

Let us know if he ever came back to eat the tuna...

hugs

I still get chocolate! Are you kidding me??!! :D :p I have to make sure to ration carefully and feed the craving right as I get it, but I get chocolate, too. I'd die without it, 'specially around that time. :o

My thinking about food has changed a LOT, but it took 2-3 months to really get into the regimen. I just plan, plan, plan, and journal, journal, journal. It works!! :D

LIZARD :)

We are getting ready for my daughter's 16th birthday which is Tuesday. The party is on Saturday night. Since it's so close to Halloween, it's a costume party. Keep your fingers crossed for no rain....she plans on the deck being a dance floor!:)
