I have missed you.. but sad news..
 

Hello my family...

I have missed you dearly.. I have been going thru a sad time, as my sweet Mom has gone on to be with my Dad recently (11/8/10)..as many of you know..this is so hard..my emotions are on a rollercoaster never knowing when the flood gates will open next. I was with my Mom right thru the end..I placed her frail hand in my Dads that night.. and then I did her eulogy, proudly!!.. She suffered from strokes and demensha and depression..she is now free of all of that..and now my Dad has her.. that is wonderful! My heart is now broken and very sad..it has a huge hole in it..I miss her so..

I am sorry for my distance.. I hope you all are doing well..

So sorry to here about the passing of your Mom. It has to be the hardest thing to lose a Mom, I lost mine in July 2003. My heart and prays go out to you and your family at this difficult time.

Oh dear Kathy, I am sorry to hear this news. What an honor for you to have been there for your mom, and to be able to euligize(sp) her, I know she has been going thru too much, and at least now you know she is at peace. I'm sure your heart feels broken, but hopefully that hole will fill with glorius, wonderful memories of both of your parents. Again I am so sorry for your loss and my prayers are with you and your family.

Im SO sorry for your loss, i lost my mother several years ago and i talk to her everyday, i know she can hear me. Talk to your Mother, even though she isnt physicaly in the room she hears you. love conquers all

My heartfelt thanks to each of you for your kind words and prayers.. I am blessed to have had such a wonderful relationship with both my Mom and Dad.. And now Iam so happy they are together..right where I want them to be, stressfree. I remember the final night I had with my Mom, while holding both of her hands..softly speaking from my heart..over 19 hours..The nurses kept coming in saying..what a gift I gave Mom..But, I have to disagree as I feel Mom gave me the best gift ever.. her love.. My love and respect for her will never tarnish nor weaken. Each time the nurses asked if I was okay..I boldly said..yea..this is about Mom right now.. I will collect my pieces later..Well, 'later' is here..and as a dear friend said..some days just placing your feet on the floor is a big deal.. well, each day I think to myself..well, I am up!

God bless both my Mom and Dad and also each of you..For without your genuine words of support and caring, I could not be as forthcoming and positive..

I hope you all have a good day and RSD is is not too harsh on you today..

I dont know you but my prayers are with you. As you said, shes no longer suffering and with your dad in a much better place than this. I lost my brother and 2 of his children a couple of years ago and it was my knowing theyre in a good place that made it easier for me to deal with. When I get sad, I just close my eyes and remember something they once said or something we did together and smile cuz I know theyre still with me, just not physically.
