The long nights
 

I'm having a hard time getting through the nights resently. I seem to be filled with dread. I feel so isolated too. Before I sleep,I hear my heart beating. I listen for irregularies.

I'm tired of all the years that I've been struggling. BF:hug::hug::hug:

it is well into daytime where i am - i am UTC+1.

so i am awake and often near the computer. can check posts in case you want to talk.

I am new. This thread caught my eye. I hate nightime...I am so depressed. Same routine. It is dark and lonely. :):)

Thank you so much. It is looking like rain out there, so my head mental state is going to be bad today. I am not a pessimist, I am bipolar, along with other disabilities.
I sound like I am mean, but I am not. I am compassionate and nice. I hope I will learn many things on this website as well as offer my help to those who may need it.

Steve how are you doing?

i have been away from the forum most of the week. it has been a dreadful week at work and i have been spent. and home is busy because we are prepping for painting. so have been trying to catch up threads sporadically this weekend and here and there... right now, here. ;) :hug::hug::hug:
