Prayers Please
 

I would like to ask all my friends here to please pray for the health and well being of my Daughter (my baby). She not only has inherited my MS but she also inherited alcoholism from her DDFather..:(

She is a wonderful sweet helpful and loving DD to me, A devoted DW to SIL and a loving giving good Mother to 5 Children. She is the bread winner for her family and works hard every day to keep them all fed, clothed, warm and loved.

You'd say that there is a lot of obvious stress in her life and perhaps that is what led her to this crossroads. All I can do is pray to God for her extra strength in handling this awful added illness.

My heart cries for her.

My prayers are with you and your daughter. My nephew is an alcoholic, has been sober since 1999. AA has made him a wonderful, father, husband, son, nephew and uncle. He's just a great guy. He knew he was in trouble when his 3 year old son brought him a beer and told him that it always made him feel better. I just love what he has become and continues to be.

Hugs and prayers for you both. :hug: its hard to be a momma and watch them fall and scrape their knees. If you dont mind I will add her to several prayer chains. :cool:

All my thoughts go out to her. She is so lucky to have you. How are you doing? When I had kids, a friend gave me a card that said "having children is having your heart on the outside for the rest of your life". Moms neve rstop hurting for their kids.

Just wrote "Sally's daughter" on my prayer list, and I'll be lifting her before the Lord.

awww Sally! Your DD has a plate full doesn't she? I will most certainly pray for her, that she is able to stay calm and centered and treat herself with love and respect.
