Thought I'd pop in and say hi!
 

I've been busy with life. Things are kinda crazy here, but you know how that goes, it's always something. I am back to doing my nails, I did them on New year's Eve and that reawoke my love of polishing. I went six almost seven months without doing them, but I kept up on my daily biotin. So my nails are still in fabulous shape!

Kiddo is doing good, so I hope things are going with you all. I just wanted to check in and say that I was thinking about my friends here, and though I don't go to the other place (bt) anymore I do still come here and am so glad to see it's still up and running! :D

Dear pammy, thank you for checking in. glad that you are doing your nail again. taking care of you. I am a bit drunk so forgive ny tyopos....hope that your days are pleasant and that you are happy.

Hi ger715!

I would check out walmart, they have 1000 mcg of Biotin (B7) for under $3 and I am taking that. It helps my nails to be stronger and grow super fast! Here is a post I made on my blog for 'Tips for growing stronger natural nails' Hope that helps! :D If you have any questions or anything just let me know. :D

I did it using a water marbling technique you can find the youtube guru I learned this technique from called 'mysimplelittlepleasures' and she's awesome! I love her videos. :D

No worries bizi! I am just glad to see you! :hug: I am definitely taking care of myself better, but my knee is still hurting so I can't exercise like I was last year. I am going to start up again soon, I think it's just a matter of my body being older and the knee pain just isn't going to go away. So I need to bite the bullet and just deal with it and get back to exercising. As you can imagine my weightloss has stalled so I need to kick it into gear again. :) How's your shoulder been? Better I hope. :)

dear pammie, the shoulder is fine, now my right shoulder is hurting and waking me up after 3-4 hours of sleep, I only sleep on my right side so that is causing me to have a bad nights leep, this has been going on all week.

it's great to see you ... and that nail job is willlllllllld.... i can't imagine having the patience to do that... then again i keep my nails short too, so it would be wasted on me... spectacular on you though! :D:)

good luck with the exercising... maybe the knee is sensitive to weather changes... i have mine "act up" sometimes, and then they get better. i hope yours feels better. be very cautious with the exercise if it is hurting.

Sorry the right shoulder is giving you trouble now bizi, that stinks, especially that it's the only way you can sleep. Pain stinks. :( Thanks for the compliment on my nails! I love them, I have a hard time believe they are really mine sometimes, because they are so pretty. :)

I am definitely going to start working out again in some fashion I think it was helping with my mood. :D

Well my stamping stuff is still not here after 9 days of waiting, I really don't know what to think. Anyway, I got some really gorgeous orange polish that I can't wait to tiger stripe over top of! Hope you like it and can imagine some cool tiger striping over it! :D

Great polish Pam... it looks (from the photo, ) like a deep coral-orange... just beautiful. love the sparkles two. when i polished i used to have fine sparkle glosses that i'd use as a top coat (because i liked to add the sparkle "a la carte" hehe).

i actually like it just as it is and you did a perfect paint job, but it is definitely an awesome base for tiger striping. i look forward to seeing that when you do it :)

Thanks bizi! It took too long for the stamping supplies to get to me so I have on a different color, I still plan on tiger striping that pretty orange coral color just not now. I hope you like the pics! It's not easy to paint the right hand but I do okay I think, I usually photograph the leftie because it's prettier in my opinion. ;)

this one is nice too Pam... it looks like it would be real elegant on it's own too but it really takes to the striping. beautiful job on that too! i wish you could do my nails... haha we could do each other's right hands :D :) if i eeeeeeeeeeeeeeever get to move back to florida... we'll have to hook up for a nail job, fer surrre. ;) (i wasn't too far from you you know - not for my driving habits anyway.)

I didn't think I could either but taking Biotin (1000 mcg a day) supplements helped so much! It's really a awesome supplement for skin, hair and nails. I just got done with stamping again on this new manicure I did last night, I hope you all like it!
