My oldest was taken by ambulance to hospital

My Danny was at work and taken to hospital. Still there, and waiting to
see if he needs a ride home. Not sure what to think.

Ugh, sounds like he has been sick, along with his girlfriend.

I am guessing my grandson hasn't been sick.

I am hoping to get news soon.

Dale and I went and got him.

He is home. They gave him fluids and said, he has the flu.

So Dale got him some orange juice, chicken and strawberry milk.

And some other things I've forgotten what.

We will keep eye on him and the others at that house. They seem to all be
sick.

May have to work on taking them all to doctor.

I think you could suggest things like gatoraid, chicken soup, ginger ale If he has any respiratory symptoms then milk products are not recommended.
sorry he has the flu and got so dehydrated.
hope he gets over this quickly.

Dear Donna,

sorry to hear Danny had to go to hospital. that must have been scary for you not knowing what was going on too.

i hope he and his family recover from this nasty flu soon. sounds like you got some good stuff. i second Bizi's reminder about milk products not being appropriate with respiratory symptoms.

keep us posted.

Mainly when they are ready for the Milk they will have some.

My son has ultericitis colitis. And he needs to be really careful
with how sick he gets so we will watch him.

Donna...

There is some nasty Upper Respiratory Infection going around here....

I just finished a 5 day course of a Zpack. I have even had the flu and pneumonia shots. I still feel as bad today as the day I first went in to the doc. I felt good for a couple of days while on the Zpack, but that didn't last.

I'm going to call my doc the first of the week....to see what she wants to do?!?!?!

I hope your son is feeling better soon!!!!!

He stayed home yesterday from work.

Not sure if he just called in or the hospital staff was good enough
to give him the excused day for yesterday too.

Or if his supervisor had told him, he was to return on Monday.
Which ever reason I'm so glad. It sounds like he is sleeping most
of the time. And we will check in to make sure he is at least
drinking fluids.

He is not the best of patients as he used to be. So it takes lots
to make him drink and eat. So it usually take my husband to go
over and do that.

His lady is feeling better finally, and my grandson just has a cough.
Which he is at my house this afternoon and I've not heard it at all.
Which is so good, he is on spring break next week. Bad time to
get sick.
