OMG! Can you believe we're still NOT in the new place yet???
 

Hey everyone! :grouphug:

So, lots going on, more then I can share. But we did another walk through on the new home two days ago, kiddo came with and he was thrilled with it. It was so satisfying seeing him so happy. It's such a great home. I was totally BLOWN away by the fact that the owner had left a gorgeous bible, his email address, a brand new calender for the new year, and fridge magnets for us! The bible in lovely. What sweet gestures! He also left his little vacuum (stick style) for us in one of the two closets. :D

I am really SICK of this though, the anxiety was ripping me up inside really bad, to the point I was getting chest cramping and aches...I finally spoke up about it after 9 months of suffering, and my pdoc started me on gabapentin/neurontin. The cloak of anxiety has MOSTLY lifted. I still have some, but not like I was. I feel like I am coping better, I've lost count of how many sales contract extensions we've had to sign, but it's okay, we're going to make it by the end of the week!. We have our time to close, 2 pm, and we'll be moving in soon. :)

It's so hard to wait. And with every extension we've had the worry of if the extension would be the last one...Ugh! But at any rate we're making it happen! I know you've probably been worried, But we've been having such a terrible time I just didn't want to share the misery, you know? Hoping to write again Tuesday with news. I miss you all. I hope you're well, this time of year is so hard...:grouphug:

Should be hearing something by Tuesday and in by the weekend. :D I know it's awesome about the gifts he left, I was truly moved by them. I cannot wait to get IN there. It's going to be simply awesome! :D

Had to check in because I know how you worry. We're okay though and getting ready! :D

I keep thinking. If your in by christmas. Thats the idea.

So keep it up. Remember that was your goal.

Jackie is loving it! I have never heard him laughing so much! And Zippy, what we're calling him, he's so sweet he slept with me last night. :D Thought it was time to update you all as I am sure you've all been wondering. :D Hope you're all doing well, I can judge by some of the threads some of you aren't. Please take care and be kind to yourselves. :(
