Update on my Mom
 

Dear Friends,

My mother passed away last night at about 9:30.

It has been a fast but yet long 2 month journey.

Thanks to all of you for your prayers and support. You were all as always, there for me when I needed someone.

Dear Father,

You created our tears. You knew we'd need them, that somehow they'd help us heal. Even your Son cried when He was on this earth. Please help Peg cry with healing tears.

I apologize that I have not been present during your ordeal, but I want to express my condolences to you for your mother, and wish that she is safe in God's arms and that per His promise, you will be reunited one day.

Peg, I wish I could offer more then words to help with your loss. I know your heartache and deep loss. You were a loving, deeply caring daughter devoted to Mom in her battle and I am sure she cherished every moment.

If there is anything I can do, I will in a moment.
You were there for me with my heartaching loss and a wonderful friend.

There are no real words that take away the pain of our loss,
But through God may you be given strength to over come that pain.
Our sweet dear memories will always remain.

Peg - I am so sorry to hear of your loss. You were so supportive of her and helpful to her over the last couple of months. I wish that simple words could help ease your pains, but I pray that you find the strength to help overcome that pain. please let me know if there is anything i can do.

I can't imagine going through the loss of my mom...especially on top of the reasons that brought all of us here to the forum.

Dear Peggy,

I got word yesterday that my grandmother passed on the 24th, and I had spoken to her that AM for two full hours...She was 94. I will miss being able to call her and have her listen to me and give me great advice, and to laugh. But I know she is where she wanted to be - with her son who died early, her husband, others, and God, of course! So she's happy.


Peg, if only I had met your mother, and you met my Gram, we could've had them pass messages for us...

That said, even though I don't really know you or her, it sounds like you were a wonderful daughter that she really loved, and now will love you from above. God bless you both, and perhaps at a TOS meeting someday we can ssek eachtother out, ok? HUGS! Hang in there.
