I think it is all over

Finally I think I am over PCS after 9 months. The reason I feel this is the case is that I went to the gym last night and did 30 minutes on the Cross trainer and 10 minutes running on the treadmill at 8.5 miles per hour.

Today I did 30 minutes on the Cross trainer and 20 minutes running on the treadmill at 8.5 miles per hour.

I have no fatigue, headaches or symptoms from this at all which I think after enduring such intense physical activity is indicative of PCS ending I think.

I will continue in the gym and plan to get fitter than ever after all I have been through.

Wow, 20 minutes at 8.5 miles per hour. That's 2.8 miles in 20 minutes. You can sure run.

Good for you.

Sweet freedom! I hope it's really over. Congratulations!

I really do think it is over and sweet freedom is right.

Only the remnants of PCS last night with mild ear ache for 20 minutes in one ear and a 1/10 headache in the evening. I feel 100% this morning after putting my body to new limits in the gym the past two days.

Normally I don't have symptoms, apart from mild fatigue. It is an amazing feeling running at pace again, when previously I could barely do anything of a physical nature.

I am on 30mg Cymbalta still so that could be disguising things, but in all honesty I don't think I wil need to be on it for much longer.

PCS can be unbelievably slow to get over but it can and will be overcome.

Congratulations! But do ramp up activities gradually. I had a setback from playing tennis.m the hard swing plus head rotation gave me some symptoms.
