suffering with rheumatoid arthritis

Good morning I had my disabilty hearing on December 9 2013. I haven't received a decision yet. I called this morning to get the status and was told the its still in post review and the judge hasn't made a decision yet. Does anyone know what that means. I'm really new to this.:)

I'm sorry Missy, but I don't think you can take that to "mean" anything.

Conceivably it could mean the judge is having a tough time making up his/her mind on your case, but it could as easily mean that the judge hasn't had time to write up their decision/even look at your paperwork since your hearing even if they knew what they were going to decide as the hearing went on.

How do you feel the hearing went ? Did you have a lawyer with you ?

I know how difficult the waiting is. I hope that you get good news soon.

Hi Finz,

Love the snow picture with my favorite dog.

Hopeless

I took the pic thinking of you Hope !

We laugh at her because she's definitely part winter breeds with her thick double coat and ruff around her neck, but she HATES the cold and will search out sun streaming through a window to lay where it will warm her, like a cat. I was out on the deck sneaking a ciggie and she went off to search/retrieve her bone.......then she lays down in the snow to eat her bone, Duh !

Hi fine
Received my fully favorable decision on February 6 after three long years. Do you know how long it will be before I receive any money

Hi Missy,

Great news. I think the $ comes pretty quickly after the approval notice. Hope so for your sake.

If you don't have WC or any other benefit that will complicate matters, within 60 days is fairly common. Check your bank account frequently.
