:confused:really bad day..I cannot say too much.because its about coverage...lets just say I cannot keep my doctor or have the surgery...very upset..At witts end..Really would love to vent but I do not want to be kicked off here..I just need to trust the lord and pray...

Vent away that's one of the reasons we are here and we can't help if you can't

Thank you so much.I have to do a lot of calling tomorrow.Hopeing to find out if I get a different insurance that my PM doctor can still go on being my doctor and also have the surgery..THe other company wanted me to drive 40 minutes away to another doctor and start all over again...Which I cannot drive my-self that far..Its so upsetting..I am trying really hard to watch what I say because I could get kicked off here..But the thought of starting over cannot happen..its been 4 years..going through doctors,test,shots spine,hip and back,mri 's ,pt..corpractor,acupunture,MEds..Painful test...AND MORE DOCTORS...I am beat,,wore out..I give..I am at witts end..Finially on track and now a big let down..I cried so hard..pain level super high..I hope I did not say anything wrong..Sorry if I did..:(

Awww, moosey :( I do not think we can get in trouble if we stick to stating the facts, and we can read between the lines. Having to change insurance coverage or doctors is bad. Vent away.

Thank you.but I did before..I did not even feel it was bad but ,more or less was told I could get kicked off...Oh well just another day..lol

Insurance companies don't realize that driving anymore than 5-10 minutes is really not ideal. Heck, I am dreading having to go run errands today just in town. BUT, one of the bigger issues is that sometimes there is just not another doctor closer. I keep running into that where I live and it's frustrating. I hope you can find a solution.

Aww moosey, sorry for your frustration & pain. I can't imagine what it would be l ike to start over with all the Dr.s etc., etc.
Please keep us updated & it's o.k. to vent, we're here to support each other.

Maybe write a letter to the doctor to see if they can make am exemption. I had a problem with coverage and I talked to the billing and they said they would match my insurance just a thought

I understand your frustration. Venting is very good for keeping the pain levels down. I completely understand finding the right doc. Doing some research myself. I have a great pcp and do not know what I would do without her care.
You didn't say anything wrong. Try not worry about the board and relax as much as you can. Sending much hope your way.

I'm so sorry you are having to struggle with the pain and adding insurance issues on top of that. Try to stay away from thoughts of giving up ... There's always another day around that bend. I would be devastated to lose my PM doc too! If only the insurance people could have one hour of feeling like we feel, it might open their eyes. I have a hard time opening up as well, afraid of saying the wrong thing, or too much; it's why I haven't been on in a long time-but I realized I can't do this on my own... Please take care moosey! Lots of deep, down to your toes breaths-remember how badly emotions increase pain. You can't turn off how you feel, only try to live through it one minute at a time. Give yourself a bit of time between those phone calls to regain control, just so you don't go into a tail spin. Praying for you and a quick solution and keeping your PM.
