I wonder if I can share this yummy pot roast recipe ....sorry it isn't baking but it was surely yummy

1 3lb boneless chuck roast

3 onions, sliced

1 can whole berry cranberry sauce

1 jar white horseradish

Brown roast and onions in heavy dutch oven. Combine sauce and horseradish, cover roast and cook on top of stove 3 to 4 hours.

I wonder about PTSD and the rate of suicides...:(

I wonder what is going on with this goofy robin that keeps flying to our kitchen window and pecking at it? its been going on now for 3 days.

I wonder at how thankful i am for my friends here and their prayers and support for my boy. He seems to be doing better.

WREN, Frangipani Pie recipe for you.
from tv show "Burke's Backyard".

Pineapple Layer:

1 x 450g can crushed pineapple
1/4 cup cornflour mixed with 1/4 cup water
2 eggs (separated)

Coconut Cream Layer:

1-1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornflour mixed with 1/4 cup water
1 cup coconut
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 baked 20cm (8") pastry shell or crumb crust

Method:

1. Bring crushed pineapple to boil. Add egg yolks to blended cornflour and stir into pineapple, stirring until thick. Set aside.
2. For coconut cream layer, heat milk, sugar and pinch salt in saucepan over low heat until sugar dissolves. Add blended cornflour and stir until thick.
3. Remove from heat and add coconut, butter and vanilla.
4. Spoon half coconut cream mixture into pastry shell. Add pineapple, then remaining cream.
5. Top with meringue (using the 2 egg whites and 4 tablespoons sugar) and bake in a moderate oven, 180°C for 15 minutes.

Oh, thank you, Lara ....... I don't wonder about how good this is. I LOVE pineapple and coconut!

I wonder if I can buzz in and let everyone know I am down to
my last 4 days of school.

I wonder that I took 2 finals today... passed them both,
one with a 98% the other with a 100%.

I wonder that i took my C++ final yesterday and passed it with an 89%.... hardest test I've taken in that class!!!!!!!!!!!

i wonder that I have 2 more finals to take this week, 1 of them being tomorrow and one sometime before Friday. I get to choose the day and time.

I wonder if anyone is up to sending a prayer for me to pass these other two finals...my hardest class... I'd appreciate it. I don't need an A... just passing will be great!!!

I wonder if I should just get off of here now and take the rest of the day for me????????/ hmmmm... yep. :)

I wonder that I am soo impatiently awaiting my profs
to post my final grades.

I wonder that I believe I know 3 out of the 4 but its that
4th one that is killing me.... the not knowing.

I wonder why we had to be done with our finals by Thursday
and the grades had to be in by Friday but they're still not
posted???
