Hi (((Sophia))). Welcome! I love your name, and your country as well. But I was there a LONG time ago!
I'm so sorry for the problems you are having but you are in good company here. Lots of people to talk with. I hope you find a spot in here that makes you feel comfortable. |
Hi There Jane!
It is really good to meet you! I take it you're no kin to Paul of The Beatles fame, huh? LOL That doesn't matter. We're happy to have you just the same. And I thank you in advance for each and every laugh that you give me. :p
I hope that you get the chance to laugh all you want, and send you my very best wishes for your happiness and health! Idealist |

& now these medics are trying to create havoc with my brain [what there is that works that is] have been having my 10th nerve block, & everytime i say the last, why do we put up with all this torture ? thankyou for your replys of welcome. sophia :) :) |
Hi Sophia! It's great to see you made it back! I'm sorry for your family bereavement time.
I agree with what you said in your first post. Laughter is good medicine. Adults don't laugh enough. Although, it is difficult to do when you're between a rock and hard place. Is there anything else we can do to help you navigate the forums or have you been able to find what you need? |
Hi Sophia and Welcome... You have my sympathy in regards to your recent loss. As AMN indicated, there are several places to go to for a laugh or two.
I will try to keep them in line, so you don't get a bad first impression....... ha Welcome again! |
Hi
I'm sorry it's taken me so long to say hello and welcome you to the board :)
I just turned 63 a few days ago and I had a brain tumor (grade II oligodendroglioma) removed from my left temporal lobe in Feb. 2006. A second surgery was May 18 of this year. So I sort of know what you're talking about  But I'm sorry to say I don't have any idea about "nerve blocks" -- they almost sound like something I might like *joke* ;) Anyhow -- I'm glad to meet you and I'll bet my scars are worse than yours !!! :grouphug: |
Hi again Jane.
I was worried about where to point you for support concerning your brain tumors so I asked at Forum Feedback for help. If you want to see the responses, they are at this link. http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/sh...ad.php?t=23505 Hope you are doing well today! |
