Star Wars 3 Revenge of the Sith.
Interesting back story. |
Babette's Feast http://ia.media-imdb.com/images/M/MV...,67,98_AL_.jpg An excellent movie to watch in the dead of Winter. :winky: |

Mission Impossible.
It was ok. I had accompanied my husband. It was his turn to select a movie. I wouldn't choose to watch it otherwise. I enjoy sitting with him and hearing him laugh, etc. (In other words, I had enjoyed the company much more than the movie.) :) |

Little Shop of Horrors
It is always a kick! Audrey II saying feed me Seymour! A man eating plant that talks and sings is hilarious. |
Helen Hunt in "Ride"
-- On Netflix I watched Mathew Goode and Amy Adams in a romantic comedy called Leap Year. It is flawed and silly, but it did follow the
expectations of romantic comedies -- the characters and the movie run into trouble along the way but we have a happy expectation about how it will work out . . . .a "safe" movie for me to watch these days. -- On Netflix a few weeks ago also I watched Helen Hunt's Ride. This was more serious than Leap Year but more beautiful to watch because lots of the action involved Helen Hunt's character learning to surf. Luke Wilson is her teacher and the other supporting actors are good as well . . . . The end is satisfying and maybe inspiring. http://www.nytimes.com/2015/05/01/mo...fing.html?_r=0 M |

Friday Night Lights.
I watched it because I want to watch the tv series so figured I'd see the movie first. It was based on a book - Friday Night Lights: A Town, a Team, and a Dream (1990) by H. G. Bissinger, I like Connie Britton, y'all! Oh yes, it had Billy Bob in it too. |
Watching The Blues Brothers right now - well, listening to it.
Best car chases and best music of any film. Dave. |
Alladin and his Magic Lamp.
It 's really old and animated. In Arabic with German subtitles, very interesting, can understand some of it. |
Diary of Anne Frank
(Talk about an old one....no color!) |
Disney's "The Cat From Outer Space." Even the cat looked embarrassed to be in it, but, hey, I'm a mom.
