rent check
 

i just got my checking account statement and my rent check for oct hasn't been cashed. this is new management starting in november. why does this have to get me anxious.

I just checked the online balance and it was cashed after the statement went out and i gave the person the wrong amount
now i hope my anxiety will go away....i took two klonopin. I also had more money than i thought...another worry out of the way

thank you so much. I will read them today. I feel so wiped out. I ate up a storm yesterday...chinese food, guacamole, cheddar cheese and olives. I really binged.
I didn't sleep. I kept on thinking about my childhood and remembered presents my parents got me like a chemistry set, a polaroid camera and a desk. I had forgotten all about it. I also remembered as a little child i always tried to cheer everybody up....I think it was my nature.

thank you so much. they were just what i needed. I have been feeling unstable lately.
I met with stella and had coffee and we talked for an hour and half or something like that. it all went very well.
the new york marathon is going on now. i saw the leading women run by. I think they said that 50,000 people are running.

i still have anxiety about the rent. today the doorman had the rent bills for the owners but not for the renters.

You're binging out of anxiety again. You have a lot going on... You can see all the things you are anxious about by looking at all your open threads. Be kind to yourself.

another using a thread. finally got my rent bill in the mail this time. I have a mail phobia but after i found out last night it was in the mail from cecilia, this morning i took two klonopin and got the mail. the electric was much cheaper than i thought. i think soomething might be wrong.

just called up to make an appt with primary doctor. it was supposed to be in oct or nov. the earliest was dec 24...wow

I'm surprised they're open on Christmas Eve, but at least you're getting the appointment over with.
