I got to move my clocks forward about a month ago.

I am enjoying it - good to sit outside in the evening after dinner with more light :).

Thank you, Bizi!

I forgot about this.

Saturday night (tonight) we move the clocks back one hour.

The nights are getting longer, and longer. I could feel the time movement changing, and the nights getting longer before the time change on Sunday morning.

I have two clocks that change automatically when the time changes. That is a big help. BF:hug::hug::hug:

I woke up at 4 :(

At least I slept in until 5:30am this morning.

That is awfully early.
I got up around 730. Have a new alarm clock that I don't like, got it from a thrift sale over the weekend. $1.00
My old clock has an obnoxious alarm sound. hubby hated it. He doesn't like this one either so I will have to go to bed bath and beyond to get a new one. one with a crischendo alarm. (alarm gets louder and louder if not turned off.)
sigh

Hi Kay. I'm sorry about your sleep situation in the last couple of mornings. To be awake between 3, and 6 AM is a lonely experience.

The time change sort of throws off our internal clock system for a couple of weeks. I hope that you get some quality sleep tonight. BF:hug::hug::hug:

Somehow I was an hour EARLY for work.

It does not make sense. (It would make sense if I were an hour LATE for work.

I was going by my computer which changed its clock automatically.

I didn't have any problems with the time change. Other than I wanted
to sleep a little longer. But my time clock inside my body wanted up.

We have a lot of clocks around for some reason. :Dunno: And most of them have to be changed. They don't reset themselves. It takes a while to reset them all. And, try as we might, they never all end up showing exactly the same time.

The Skeezyks loves the long dark nights. I find all of the daylight during the summer to be challenging. Sometimes I either can't go to sleep when I go to bed, or I wake up during the night (I always have to pee at least 2 or 3 times) :icon_lol: & can't go back to sleep. When this happens, I get up & do sort-of a walking meditation. I walk slowly throughout our dark & quiet townhome around-&-around for an hour or two. I focus light attention on my feet as each one touches the floor. Thoughts come & go. I simply watch each one arise-&- fade at it's own pace. I like this so much that when I haven't done it for while I begin to miss it. :)
