Are you going to a medical doctor or the pdoc?

pdoc and then the regular one the following week. The pdoc wants to see if the change in medication helps

so far the change in medication hasn't changed anything. I bought more slacks
I haven't bought a cupcake. I dd have some chicken and coffee..I am very tired from yesterday.

Sometimes meds take time to work. Did the doctor expect that they would be helping by now?

nothing has changed.still am buying the cheap rayon pants. average cost around 8 dollars. yesterday had chinese food. I wonder if the change in pills takes longer. I am probably fighting with stella again. I still love her but she thinks her way is the only way and prides herself on being spiritual even though she is not humble and is materialistic. It might be the end of the friendship

As stella says we are both opinated -I do tell her i love her and now tell her she glows but she isn;t humble and she is materialistic. she is big on spiritual leaders but how can you be spiritua if youa re materialistic and not humble

there is so much snwo on my terrace and my appointment is at 11:45. I might call and ask if he has a cancellation so maybe there will be less snow. I think they said it was going to keep on going to two

i called him and got to see him immediately instea of 11:45. he left a messsage sayig we could skpe. that wouldd have save me over 30 dollars i taxi fare.
he told me to go to half zoloft..... I saidd it wouldn;t work.he said try it and callhim in monday morning

Cutting back on the Zoloft may help, at least a little. He probably doesn't want to bring you down too far/too fast because you are prone to depression.

Too much coffee can aggravate hypomania/mania, so cutting back isn't a bad idea. But if you're not drinking more than normal, it's probably not making much of a difference because you already have a tolerance for it.

You had mentioned something on Bizi's thread about the reason for why you're buying so many pants... things like that can be a symptom of hypomania or mania.

the buying rayon pants is definitely a compulsion. they are coomfortable pretty and cheap too
