Thank you ladies I really appreciate it.

I always feel so welcome here. Its a refreshing thing to know that I'm

I really need a place right now that accepts me just as I am.

Still having some problems but feeling better some with my predisone.

And the rescue inhaler being told to use it 4 times a day for a few days.

Is helping.

Bumping up - it's Thursday - How did the test go?

Nikko:hug:

Dmom3005 08-02-2007 06:16 PM

Test went okay I guess. It was over 4 hours though. So I am tired and
wound too a degree. Weird as it sounds.

I am also wishing I could figure out something that sounds good to eat.
That is also on my diet. I did buy something to eat don't get me wrong.

Its just that I need to eat somemore.

Heehee, I've got a long day again tomorrow, life of a mom.

Derrick is done at camp tomorrow, but that will be worth it.

My husband took this week off to get work done, but didn't set
even one night aside for us time.
We usually have one night when Derrick is gone for us to go out.

He just doesn't care anymore it seems. Guess after 26 1/2 years
the being together wore off.

HI,
Glad the test went well and it is over, wow that is a long time, I'd be exhausted too.

Eat something yummy and get some rest.

Tell your hubby time to get out of the house and do something fun.:)

When do you get your results?

Thinking of you, Hugs, Nikko

tHat was long time!
Glad that it behind you now and you can move forward now.
Maybe you need to ask him out on a date.....or does that not work either.
You have been with him long enough to know what works or doesn't....
what kind of diet did they put on you?
hang in there

No one put me on a diet, I put myself on one. I'm trying very hard to
just adapt my eating habits to a better healthier way of eating.

More fruits, soymild, fruit drinks, water, vegetables, and cereals that
are right ones, 100 calorie snacks, lean meats, and some other things
that are the right foods.

Its a big change for me.

The biggest problem is that other than my physical therapy unless i
can get out in my car and go somewhere to exercise like walk.
I can't because of the heat.

I do my home stuff, but its not the same. So I am working on a regim
as weather permits.

this sounds very healthy!
Good for your initiative!
Have you ever thought about getting a glider or treadmill for your home?
A glider is easier on the knees...kind of uses gravity and not mechanical.
I have seen them in the sporting good stores.
Your attitude is great!

Bizi

I've thought about it. But at this point I have no room.

I also have just gotten the guts to try once again to suggest after the
roof gets fixed on the building uptown that my husband owns. And
I know that someday it will, after all the other things do. But that
is normal too.

That I can now find the right kind of thing for exercise for there and
just go in and work out.

I am also going to take over part of it for a office for myself. Because
I am not working it to well in my house. I have boxes and filing cabinets,
all over my area in the living room. Then when the phone rings I have
TV's, dogs, and husband and kids, and who ever else is around coming
through.

I think I can afford a phone line that I pay for all on my own up at the
store front, and use that to return phone calls, or use my cell phone instead.
And then move my filing stuff and my mess there.

And do lots of my organizing for my stuff that I need to do there.

If I get a phone line then we can get a second internet line, and I'll at
some point maybe beg for another computer somehow. And then
I can work there too.

Heehee, I work on the computer my non-profit company provides here at
the house, it would take way to much to redo it all.

I am a regional program specialist who works part time helping
parents get their special kids rights in schools. And then of course
I do trainings, set up booths, and other things that a parent might need,
or another disabled person.

Thats one reason you guys help me so much sometimes. You give me
a good insight how to help some of my cases, families.

Thanks for that.

Donna
