i can easily do 30 leg raises and walking is easier so the setback was temporary. I will miss richard. He has been especially nice since I talked with his supervisors. I called one company and waiting for a call back.

Richard gave me three names and I already contacted one. He said he hasn't gotten complaints about them.

That is good. Did he prefer one over another?

Taking it one at a time isn't a bad idea. If option #1 doesn't work out, and at this point you have no info to think otherwise, you have the other two to fall back on.

i woke up severely depressed but i think i am okay. I worried about taking money out of my brokerage account. It turned out to be a snap. I had dinner with alice last nite and it was lovely although i drank and ate too much.
Today I hope to read. and keep the depression away. It was so awful. I am waiting to get a letter from my pdoc to excuse me from jury duty. If only I could cry. First after another cup of coffee I will go back to bed

we went to canyon road a tex mex place. I had too much sangria. It was great. I started reading. Have to do that more and web searching less!

We have a new place to eat tex mex, chuy's. it is very good. they have a great happy hour. Everything is made from scratch.

thje drinks here are expensive. so is the food. alice treats me. I treat her for her birthday. it is consistently good. just placed an order with Jet great prices for NYC and great variety. It comes with dried ice. I ordered a turkey breast etc

the woman from the p.t. called yesterday and said she was trying to get in touch with my doctor to get a script. that was the hold up. I got the fax number for her.I am getting impatient

I would call the doctor's office to REMIND them... squeaky wheel and all that...
