past two days awful stomach aches
 

last night even had two bad nightmares. Only had eggs and some toast yesterday. I couldn't give up coffee. my ibs is back. i just two more things for it. also bought lactose aid but don't think I am lactose intolerant.
i will just again have eggs and a piece of toast.
Now I am finally more in control again. I did buy two more books Saint and Sinner and The Gambler Wife: A True Story of Love, Risk, and the Woman Who Saved Dostoyevsky. Once i finish current book will start it. very eager to read both.
yesterday pudge spent a lot of time right next to me-heaven.

oops just bought two jackets and a pair of shoes. just threw out a lot of old tops-relief. stomach ache coming back-rats

I am sorry your stomach aches, could this just be another symptom of anxiety for you now? Or you really think it is something your are eating?

it is irritable bowel syndrome. The trauma of Suri's death two years ago started it. At first Geodon stopped it for almost two weeks but then Geodon stopped working.. I wouldn't wish it on anybody.

thank you. Don't you remember how often I complained about having a stomach ache through the night? My doctor couldn't do anything about it. I have mentioned I am on an UK IBS board.
Right now I also seem to be very depressed. I tried to go to sleep to avoid but I couldn't fall asleep or read.

Keep working on anything that might work even a distraction
that might make it go away for a little while.

I Also think maybe listening to music would help you with the
problem. Not sure though.

I usually always have music on. As I had mentioned I have premium youtube so there are no interruptions and a lot of times choose soft rock that lasts for eleven hours. I also listen a lot to Leonard Cohen, Andrea Bocelli, Fleetwood Mac and Annie lennox.

sorry to hear it's been bad again.
i like those musicians (well mostly. i don't know Leonard Cohan really)
but i might suggest just some quiet time with God. I know you pray, but maybe sit and try to listen to nature.

but i agree, distractions.
good conversations help me with anxiety and distraction. Usually I feel more at ease when texting though verses over the phone. I know that's not always an option.

Most of them have it so much worse than I do. My doctor didn't order any tests. A lot on the forum have had so many tests and they come up negative.
A lot push a probiotic that helps many a bit. There are really so many horror
stories and such poor quality of life.
I tried the gas pill but it didn't work. I had tried to others that didn't work. waste of money
I would up taking a lot of maalox today. IT HELPED. i also didn't know it was also a laxative. I skipped dinner and just had a piece of toast and coffee. I just ordered Mylanta. wonder what that will do.
now I usually have to have two bottles of magnesium citrate and am worried about kidney damage.

i live in Manhattan and I can no longer go to Central Park. try to listen to Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah. It is divine. Then listen to Jeff Buckley's version.
I read that Cohen could spend five years completing a song.
I just was reading a little of the Jewish book about prayers. I talk to God so much. Most of the time I don't feel Jewish. Isn't that funny.
Have you tried Maalox? That might help your gassy stomach.

I am Jewish but a spiritual Jew. I don't celebrate holidays or go to Temple. I do want to buried in orthodox tradition.
I talk to a Rabbi intern every week. She came over today and last week and will come next week-so very nice. She was fine with that.
today I told her I really don't feel Jewish but believe we all have the same God and should try to follow the Ten Commandments and are all One.
I live in a high rise on the 18 flloor. I do have a big terrace but since the building made me take down wiring I don't use it because of the kitties. years ago I had quite a garden. i even grew mini tomatoes which I ate.
Today was very frightening. out of the blue my ankle collapsed three different times. Don't know why. Over thirty years ago sprained it badly.

If I remember you have Physical therapy starting on Thursday
Talk to this person about why your foot might have collapsed.
Also ask if it might be good to get a foot brace just in case
it starts hurting and ask what kind. Just some general thoughts.

that is what I planned to do. I also bought an ankle support, it just happened again.

bobby I am sorry about your ankle how weird is that.
Earlier in the year I sprained my ankle in bed.

It took a long time healing eventually It got better.
but it is strange how my ankle just gave out on me in bed.

last night my stomach ache went away when I started talking with Sam. I really enjoy him. Yesterday I was even dozing during the day. I just got out of bed.-almost eleven. I bought some cookies which I was eating and even bought some Chef BOYADEE-so cheap. I liked it a lot.
I am so depressed and constipated. I am going to try to start reading now to see if I can escape.

wasn't that so obvious that was what I was going to do. I have written that my I.Q in college was in the 99 percentile in ivy league students and once I took a test at Pfizer for a programming job and the guy said he never saw anybody test that high.

I try to keep but usually lose them a foot and hand brace. Because I'm
a really good one to turn or something else with my hand or foot and
need one. Just so you know, its nothing new. So I try my best to
keep one or two sometimes were I can find them. Other wise I'm in
pain all the time it seems.

But that is one subject only.

I am so very sorry for all the pain you must suffer and you never complain. I WISH you would. I think it is a good release and we can offer sympathy..
I apologize that your post to me really triggered me. I know you meant well but I am bipolar and it made me so upset. Please don't tell me what I already know. I can't seem to deal that. My sister called me a fool and my father was extremely critical me and himself and went to Harvard law and called all of his classmates idiots. He only respected his professors.

My comment about the Physical therapy appt, was more to ask
if my memory about the week was correct, not to be reminding
you. Sorry it sounded different. I have problems with when
we put dates on the computer sometimes. And mix them up.
KInd of like b's d's for dyslexia.

My comment on the braces was just so if you hadn't thought of
it. So you would. I personally wouldn't and didn't the many times
I've gone. Its been my therapist that have brought it up.
Weird as that sounds. I don't have a memory for those things.
Even though I have them at home. And usually she knows I do.

She will ask, "Why aren't you wearing your brace that you bought
last time this happened".
