BT Mods have started already

I posted about this community on the thread Paul started on BT and it was removed tho the other 3 posting have stayed put so far, mods never said why or nothing.....if folks go back to BT they must be balmy.

Sharob 10-03-2006 11:24 AM

They've gone now Jeannie.

Jeannie 10-03-2006 11:53 AM

Message from the big man himself and my reply lol

-------------------------------------------------------------------
I shall not post on braintalk again, this is the very reason people are not rejoining here......any little reason to remove a post.......I didn't and still do not see anything wrong with what I said.

Funny how the new site I posted dont have ads in which you claim profits this forums 99% of the time.....if thats the case why ask for donations.....im just wasting my time even writing this as it will fall on death ears.

Please start taking notice of what members say......it would be a much happier place.

I will be sharing this message between you and I with others.

Good day to you.

I bet you will now ban me too for speaking up.

It's very inappropriate to start spamming multiple forums with a message like this. Moderators do not "hide" here, they are anonymous for their own privacy, and the ads here are what keep this system running.

Please don't do this kind of post again.

For anyone not wishing to join Brain talk for what ever reason, Dr Jon has started a new community very similar to brain talk, it also has chatrooms http://forums.braintalk2.org/index.php

The Moderators are very friendly and they dont hide away, its a great place with NO ads :D

jeannie i think what you are trying to do is great.
is it not funny tho how other people talk about it and don't do anything to help after you got started talking and posting about bt ?

people are gonna go to bt with or with out you jeannie.
you have helped somany people here, there, everywhere so remember that and keep on helping them.
think of the good your doing.
getting banned you cant help them.

No offense Jeanie, but 99.9% of forums on the net would have deleted a post like yours recruiting people to a forum which looks like a copycat competitor.

Dennis 10-03-2006 05:54 PM

This forum was developed to fill the void left by Brain Talk. It probably wouldn't have been necessary had John Lester taken a few moments every week to post an update. But no one knew when or if BT was ever coming back online. If the idea is to provide nonprofit communication between pals, then no one should be upset if this forum exists. If Brain Talk feels threatened, forbidding news of BT2 is a poor way to deal with it.

fotios 10-04-2006 01:47 AM

PALS don't write posts on JL false hope forum.
JL looks only for the donations and nothing else.
I told before JL and his anonymous mod they have make the false hope forum only for money.

No offence Taken Bernard ;) folks who read my post marked it as useful and said they couldn't see a problem as it wasn't rude, offencive ect.....JL just didn't like the opposition.

Everyone posts sites on other ALS forums, bobby posts loads :D

Ive just heard Rama got banned yesterday from BT for speaking up?

maybe this isn't the right place to be discussing BT issues

I couldnt agree more, dennis

Rama 10-04-2006 10:30 AM

I wasn't banned, sorry for the disruption

It's true, I thought I was posting on BT. When I finished my post and then read that posts were already being removed from BT I went ballistic. Somehow later in the day I found myself on BT /ALS forum and there were only a few posts on the page. I thought the moderator had a deleting heyday. So I apologize for the disruption. I will continue to read and occasionally post here, but forget BT until the moderators start moderating and stop dictating.

Rama
